AUGUST RELEASE:

Watermelon Incipient - Foeder Aged Solera Sour w/ Watermelon - We decided to freshen things up with a fruit that we’ve rarely used in the past: Watermelon! This brand new blend of Incipient is juicy and refreshing, and will take you back to the days of popping too many Jolly Ranchers on the bus ride home from school. $8/16oz can - 6.5% abv.

Common Descent - Berliner Weisse Style Ale w/ Blueberries & Lemon - We decided to bring back our most quaffable beer just in time for the end of summer! This lightly tart wheat ale delicately balances blueberries and lemon zest. The perfect beach beer. $20/4 pack - 5.4% abv. (Note: The label mistakenly says 4.5% abv!)

Trace Elements - Grisette w/ Orange Zest & Coriander - A fan-favorite from 2017, this year Trace Elements experienced a decent remix. The 2021 blend is a light bodied wheat ale with just enough citrus to keep you coming back for the next sip. Serve it with an orange slice if you really want to get crazy! $20/4 pack - 4.6% abv.

Skyhook - Imperial Hard Seltzer w/ Pineapple & Hibiscus - We brought back our highest rated seltzer from 2020, and yeah… we doubled the fruit. Made with Michigan beet sugar, whole pineapple and 5 lbs of Mexican Hibiscus, this is a serious seltzer. Pours neon pink, and pairs well with floating on water. $16/4 pack - 4.6% abv.

NATIVE SPECIES WINES:

March to the Sea - 2020 Dry Riesling Pét-Nat - Domaine Berrien, Berrien County - With notes of Grapefruit, lemon, green apple, and a nice minerally finish, this wine has a little bit of something for anyone looking for a dry-yet-fruity bubbly wine. $24/750ml bottle - $12% abv.

The Iron Bell - 2020 Dry Frontenac Gris Rosé Pét-Nat - Bel Lago Vineyards, Leelanau County - Frontenac has always been one of our favorite grapes to work with, so when the opportunity presented itself to grab some of the “white” mutation, we jumped on it. Wow, we are glad we did. This is possibly one of the best beverages we’ve ever made as a company. This wine is technically dry, but you’d never know it due to the absurd amount of strawberry, lychee, guava flavors bursting out of it. Also, this thing clocks in at a whopping 13.5% abv, which does wonders for the lush and rich body. I don’t say this often, but you need to get one of these down your gullet hole ASAP. $22/750ml bottle - 13.5% abv.

Deeper Than Sky - 2018 Oak Aged Balaton Cherry Wine - Leelanau Peninsula - After a longggg haul in French Oak barrels, this wine is ready to see the light of day. A beautiful deep ruby color, layers upon layers of tart cherry, vanilla, and oak, with the tiniest bit of residual sugar too. This works with all foods, and for all occasions. Drink it as a sangria, or by the fire…. Or in slushie form in our taproom! Whatever floats your boat. $17/750ml bottle - 6.9% abv.
