Eric O'Daly is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter whose musical travels have taken him all over the world.  Caleb Elzinga is a saxophone wizard adept at painting melodic tapestries across genres.  Together at Speciation Cellars, they will be going on a deep dive of Brazilian music, highlighting the rich harmonies and rhythmic sophistication of classic bossa nova, mingled with some sparkling Brazilian pop nuggets.  Join us for an evening of lush guitar, sophisticated saxophone, and the beautiful sound of lyrics in Portuguese.

Stop by anytime between 1 and 4pm to learn how to start native seeds outdoors using the simple, low-cost “winter sowing” method. Kind Hearts Bloom, a local community gardening nonprofit, will guide you through the process and answer questions - the educational portion is completely free.

If you'd like to make a winter sowing bag to take home, we’ll have all materials ready for a $5 suggested donation to help cover supply costs. A selection of native seeds will be available to choose from.

Bring a friend, grab a drink from the brewery, and enjoy an easygoing afternoon of learning, creating, and connecting with neighbors.

Macaronage is our annual macaron beer blended in collaboration with our lovely neighbors, the Chartreuse Sisters. This year’s version is inspired by strawberry macarons and features strawberry, cardamom, vanilla, graham cracker, and macaron shells. It’s the FIFTH version of this beer!

Named after macaronage, the delicate folding technique used to make perfect macarons, this beer is a celebration of craft, collaboration, and pastry tradition.
