OCTOBER RELEASES:

Passion Fruit Incipient - Foeder Aged Solera Sour Wheat Ale with Passion Fruit - 6.5% abv - Our golden sour wheat ale, Incipient is made in a very large oak barrel called a foeder (food-er). We call it a solera blend because it’s a perpetually blended ale - each month we pull 1/5 of it’s contents, and top up with freshly brewed beer. This means that a portion of every single batch of Incipient that we’ve ever brewed is in this barrel, going back over 3 years! This creates an incredibly complex and layed base beer, to which we add a different single fruit or spice to each month. This month’s adjunct is a highly requested variant: Passion Fruit! - $8/16oz can

Udryddelse - Tequila BA Imperial Red Sour w/ Grapefruit, Sabro Hops, Smoked Sea Salt - 9.5% abv - Mikkeller SD collab - Dan from Mikkeller SD spent 22 hours in Grand Rapids and he never saw the Sun. To warm him up, we brewed something inspired by a mezcal paloma. This collaboration was brewed with Danish Talisman Pilsner malt from Skagit Valley Malting. Chill thoroughly before opening. Cellar in a cool, dark place to experience the evolution of this beverage over the years... but make sure to drink it before extinction. - $12/375ml bottle

Extant - Barrel Aged Mixed Culture Sour Ale with Papaya & Tamarind - 6.3% abv - City Built Collab - City Built Brewing Company have been more than just collaborators over the last few years... they actually brew most of our wort for us. So it’s always extra exciting when we get to blend something together! After over two years in a variety of second use spirit barrels, this ended up being one of our most acidic releases ever… so grab the tums! $12/75ml bottle

Mass Driver - Wild Fermented Hard Seltzer with Dark Sweet Cherries & Vanilla - After a random phone call one morning from Nyblad Family Farms offering us a bunch of cherries that he couldn’t sell… we just couldn’t resist. We immediately threw a bunch of Michigan beet sugar and filtered water on top of them, and let them ferment whole. This is truly a seltzer like you’ve never had before. The flavor profile is more akin to a wild bubbly cherry wine with lots of vanilla, tannins, and herbal spice from the inclusion of the pits and skins. $16/4 pack

The following wines will also be available for pick up and delivery:

From Beyond - Seyval Blanc Orange wine - Neutral Oak Aged - Tasting notes: vanilla, oak, clean, low acid, fruity peaches - $22/750ml

Inside the Sun - Seyval Blanc Orange wine - Neutral Oak Aged - Tasting notes: lots of barrel tannins, a bit o funk, and iced tea - $22/750ml

Anoxia - Barrel aged Red Blend - Tasting notes: very dry, potpourri, light funk - $22/750ml

Inner Cell - DeChaunac - Red Wine - Carbonic Maceration - Stainless Steel aged - Tasting notes:  juicy fruit gum, bright, clean, light and crisp acidity - $22/750ml
