Pickup day is Saturday September 9th, from 10 am - 4 pm.
1. Blackberry Incipient - Our Golden Sour aged in stainless, with Blackberry concentrate. 1008 bottles produced. $22/bottle. Corked & Caged, 750ml. Limit 3/person.
2. Genetic Drift Batch 5 - Dry Hopped w/ Amarillo, El Dorado, and Galaxy. We decided to switch things up a bit for our 5th batch. Instead of the normal combination of old world & new world hops, we went all new world. This is dry hopped at 3.3lbs/bbl... so it has a really intense level of tropical & citrus hop flavor. 840 bottles produced. $15/bottle. Corked & Caged, 750ml. Limit 6/person.
3. Sorry to Disappoint You - Collab w/ Transient - Barrel Fermented Wild Pilsner Dry Hopped w/ Saaz. We are super excited about this beer. Chris and Mitch have been talking about brewing a collaboration for a long time now, and we finally made it happen. They both bond over a love of lighter beers, in particular Pilsners. We knew people would expect us to brew a sour, so we decided to do the exact opposite... and disappoint everyone. We brewed a Pilsner base, fermented warm with pilsner yeast, then finished with our separate house cultures. Only 320 bottles produced at Speciation. $12/bottle. Capped, 750ml. Limit 2/person.
4. Sweet/Tart Cherry Incipient - This is a blend of 60% sweet cherry golden sour and 40% tart cherry golden sour. Aged in stainless. The sweet cherries are from Nyblad farms, and the tart cherries are from a farm in Ludington. 1.5lbs/gallon of whole fruit. Only 312 bottles produced. $22/bottle. Corked & Caged, 750ml. Limit 1/person.
All we need to see on pick up day is a copy of your ID, and we will match it to your order. No need to bring the individual tickets in.
Proxies are allowed. We just need a copy of the purchaser's ID and the proxy's ID. It will be the proxy's responsibility to pay for the bottles at pickup.
Cheers!
