Bottle reservations start Saturday, 11/4 at noon, and go until Friday, 11/10 at noon.

Each ticket represents 1 bottle of beer, so please make sure to order the correct amount of tickets! On pick up day you may pay for your bottle(s) with cash or credit card (we use square).
Pickup day is Saturday, November 11th, from 10 am - 4 pm.
1. Tequila BA Incipient w/ Blueberries, Limes, & Salt - Our golden sour base aged for 7 weeks in 2nd use tequila barrels. Then we added 2lb/bbl blueberries from Tanglewood Winery in Holland, MI. We finished this beer out with lime zest and juice from a few hundred limes! 792 bottles were produced. $22/bottle. Corked & Caged 750ml. Limit 4/person.
2. Trace Elements - Wild Grisette/Pilsner Hybrid. Fermented in stainless first with German Lager yeast, then finished with our house wild cultures and lightly dry hopped with aged Saaz and Ultra hops. This is intended to be a very light and easy drinking saison, with a touch of bitterness, a touch of acidity, and a touch of funk. 660 bottles were produced. $10/bottle. Capped 750ml. Limit 6/person.
3. Magic Trait - Golden sour base aged in stainless and then double fruited with Blackberry and Black Currant. Intense jammy fruit flavors, with a dry finish. 1024 bottles were produced. $24/bottle. Corked & Caged 750ml. Limit 4/person.
4. Morphology - A dry hopped Berliner Weisse inspired beer - Distribution to Cultured Club and the East side ONLY! Brewed in collaboration with our east side distributors, M4 CIC! We started with a mini version of our golden sour recipe, and dry hopped it at the acidity we liked to stop acidification. Then we dry hopped it again with 4 different "M" hops: Medusa, Mosaic, Motueka, & Mandarina Bavaria... 2.5lb/bbl in total. 924 bottles were produced. Find this beer exclusively in the shops on the east side of the state mid November!
Proxies are allowed. We just need a copy of the purchaser's ID and the proxy's ID. It will be the proxy's responsibility to pay for the bottles at pickup.
