We are incredibly stoked to have Oso Provisions slinging food inside the Speciation taproom! Oso is a partnership between Basalt and Speciation. At first Oso will be open Thursday through Saturday from 5-9pm, but the eventual goal is for Oso to be open during all of our taproom hours.

Oso will specialize in herbed up comfort food classics like Oso mac, panko crusted chicken sammie, and a crazy yummy potato salad.

Polenta fries. Um… YUM.
