Our first event will be a Mushroom Cultivation Class on August 3 from 7-9pm. we've partnered with Mycophile's Garden to bring you an immersive session on cultivating your own mushrooms at home. Led by Chris Swinson, the Chief Fungal Officer of Mycophile's Garden, this class will guide you through the process of growing mushrooms. Admission is free, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Continuing our exploration of mushrooms, our next mushroom event is a Mushroom Identification Class on August 17 from 7-9pm. Led by Chris Swinson of Mycophile's Garden, this captivating class will help you wrap your mind around all the different fungi in Michigan. Learn about the diverse species that inhabit our surroundings and gain valuable knowledge about foraging in the wild. Admission is free, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
