What started out as a mere life-long hope quickly turned into reality in late 2019 when the process of creating what is now Mexcellente began! The owner, and cook, has spent years sparking happiness in family & friends through his cooking of authentic family recipes, and hopes to share those same dishes with the Grand Rapids area.
