Cell Fate Determination: Within the field of developmental biology, one goal is to understand how a particular cell develops into a final cell type, known as fate determination.

We teamed up with homebrewer Geoff Kraker to determine the fate of some golden sour beer. After much deliberation we landed on a golden sour ale with strawberry puree and a hint of sweet woodruff to add a slight herbal edge.
