This month we are doing an old school cellar raid. Ever since the beginning of the company back in 2017 we've been setting aside select bottles to release at our annual cellar raid, and this year we are digging deep! You'll have a chance to nab one of our last remaining bottles of 2017 Peach Genetic Drift which won a silver medal at the World beer cup in 2018.
We are also dropping a huge variety of Laurentian releases, including a BRAND NEW one: Lake Erie aged in Eastern Kille Gin barrels. Sadly, this will be our very last Laurentian release, so make sure to savor it! For those of you who are unfamiliar with our Laurentian releases, they are our interpretation of the classic sour ales from Belgium. We spent years capturing cultures from the air near each Great Lake and fermented batches of beer in oak barrels exclusively with the wild cultures from the lakes. We used a similar recipe for each batch, so most of the variation you taste is due to the microbes.
