FREE SHOW - Poverty Island: ambient music with interactive installation

Poverty Island is a modern classical and ambient music collective led by Grand Rapids composer Wesley Slover. On July 23rd they will be showcasing an experimental audio visual installation built specifically for Speciation. The piece uses generative musical data to generate a visual projection. Attendees are encouraged to interact with the piece using a touch panel. The piece will be shown all day with an improvisational ambient music performance at 9pm. www.povertyislandmusic.com
