It's our 5th anniversary! 🥳

COOLSHIP: To celebrate this momentous occasion, we are coolshipping a batch of spontaneous beer on our patio. We plan on releasing it at the 6 year anniversary party next year. Thanks to our buds at Mitten Brewing for brewing this special small batch for us! ❄️🛳

FOOD TRUCK: Street Chef Shaw will be slinging seriously delicious and unique Swahili-Mexican grub! 🌮🌍

SABER SAMPLES: Mitch and the staff will be sabering bottles from our cellar all night. They'll be pouring free samples of the best beers from the last 5 years, including lots of OG Genetic Drift from 2017! We will also be loading up the draft lines with classic beers from the cellar. 🔪🍾

THE BEER: "Biodiversity" will be released at this party in bottles and on draft. This special beer encapsulates different cultures and methods that we have used at the brewery over the years. It's is a blend of:
25% 2018 Lake Superior
25% Spon beer coolshipped at the Ermatinger cottage in Fountain, MI on a staff retreat in 2019
25% Foeder aged Golden Sour
25% Foeder aged Saison

Biodiversity bottles are dipped in gold wax and custom sealed. $10/375ml bottle.

We will also be dropping a new seltzer called Kardashev Scale made with Chardonnay grapes and Elderflower.

Annnnnd…. we’re also releasing a new “pet-nat” version of Fermi Paradox, our famous cider! This time around this native fermented cider has been dry hopped with Galaxy hops and features apples from Schaefer’s Apple Orchard in Conklin, MI.

It’s going to be quite a day!
