Prickly Pear Incipient - Foeder Aged Solera Sour w/ Prickly Pear - One of the most popular Incipient blends comes roaring back for the summer, and this batch is supercharged! We added twice the amount of prickly pear this time around, and it’s such a juicy summer crusher. $8/16oz can - 6.5% abv
Rise to Sour - Spontaneous Amber Sour Ale Aged in Whiskey Barrels w/ Lemon Zest - Battlecross Collaboration - We are known metalheads, so when Matt McGachy of the band Cryptopsy and the podcast Vox & Hops told us he was planning a massive band x brewery collaboration event… we jumped on it! We were paired with the incredibly talented and badass band Battlecross to blend a unique beer. After tasting a number of barrels and having a particularly raucous night, we settled very quickly on a whiskey sour inspired beer. The rest is history! $8/16oz can - 7.5% abv
Conservatory - Foeder Aged Tart Wheat Ale - Conservatory is a relatively simple beer, blended from our base beers aged in very large oak barrels called foeders. This batch is 50% golden sour and 50% wild saison, and 100% Michigan grown ingredients. Blended and canned without any additional ingredients to put our house cultures front and center. You can drink this beer with intention and really dig into the nuances of our yeast and bacteria flavor profiles, or you can just put a few back while floating down the river or sitting in the sun. $20/4 pack - 5.5% abv
Genetic Drift - Solera Saison DH w/ Saaz & Centennial - This is a fresh blend of our staggeringly complex, yet rustic farmhouse ale... perfect for savoring year round! $8/375ml bottle - 6.5% abv
Pre-sales are from Friday, July 2nd at noon and will close Tuesday, July 6th at 8am.
All orders placed for pick up will be available at our Wealthy Street taproom during normal taproom hours from Friday 7/9 to Sunday 7/11. Simply show the bartender your ID, and they will grab your order. If you are proxying for someone, please show the bartender both your ID and a picture of the ID of the person you are proxying for.
Delivery orders will be dropped off by our staff on the designated delivery day for your area. The driver will text you when they arrive. Please leave your desired package location in the notes section of the order.
