April Release - Curbside Pick up & Delivery to West MI & Detroit!


Our web store is now live for the April release! Bottles & cans will be removed from the web store on April 9th at noon so we have time to pack orders and prepare for deliveries.

Curbside pick up day is Saturday, April 11th from 10am to 4pm - Please use this option if at all possible!

Porch deliveries to West Michigan will be Friday April 10th - $5 delivery charge - no minimum

Porch deliveries to Metro Detroit/Ann Arbor will be Sunday April 10th - $8 delivery charge - no minimum

*If you select delivery, please let us know the best place to leave your order in the notes field at checkout. Also please provide a phone number for us to coordinate a drop off via text. If you are unsure if you are in the delivery range, or if you have other questions, please email Mitch.

This is the only way to get products directly from us right now. If you can’t make it to the curbside pickup or pay for delivery, then please visit the closest shop on our list!

APRIL RELEASES:

Peach Incipient - Foeder Aged Solera Sour w/ Peaches - $8/16oz can
The closest thing we have to a flagship is Incipient - a golden sour wheat ale with a rotating fruit each month. This month’s version contains peaches. Oddly enough, this is the first time we’ve ever released a sour with just peaches! - No limits - 4.28 on untappd

Transpiration - Foeder Aged Solera Sour w/ Guava & Passion Fruit - $10/375ml bottle
This golden sour is packed with twice the amount of fruit in our incipient line of beers, and you can tell from about 5 feet away when you pop a bottle. The aroma is overwhelmingly intense tropical fruit, which should usher spring in nicely. Drink it with breakfast… why not? We are all stuck at home anyways ;) - No limits - 4.18 on untappd

Antigenic - Golden Sour Aged in Islay Scotch Barrels - $12/375ml bottle
This one totally blew us away in blind tastings. We were all expecting intense peaty/smoky aromas, but what we got instead is a beautifully layered sour with notes of leather, earth, and a hint of campfire-like smoke. This is a single barrel blend that we often won’t make again in a long time due to the difficulty acquiring scotch barrels! - No limits - No untappd ratings yet

Biosphere - Kveik Fermented Seltzer w/ Gooseberries & Lotus Hops - $12/4 pack of 16oz cans
I can’t even explain how proud I am of this seltzer. We’ve been trying to make some craft seltzers that truly embrace our ethos, and this is the best example yet. First, we fermented Michigan beet sugar and whole gooseberries with the nordic yeast Kveik at 100F. Then we dry hopped with Lotus at about 1lb/bbl to achieve pale ale level hoppiness. Tasting notes of pear, sauv. blanc, hops, sweet tarts & lime zest. Seltzer doesn’t have to be shitty artificial flavors, and it CAN be good.
