Recombination - Wine Barrel Aged Sour w/ Aronia, Orange & Pomegranate - An ultra complex blend of sour ale with aronia berries that aged in wine barrels for a year, then we added orange and pomegranate concentrate to balance some of the tannins. Dry Hopped Incipient - Open Fermented Sour Ale Dry Hopped with Chinook & Sabro - Dry Hopped Incipient was the second beer we ever released, and it has been 3 full years since it was last released! This one was dry hopped with MI Chinook and a new hop called Sabro. We are super stoked about this blend's intense tropical fruit hop profile of pineapple & tangerine, with a touch of mint and coconut. $8/16oz can - Limits TBD - Statewide Distro
FRUIT DRAFT - Rum BA Sour w/ Blackberry, Guava, Pear, Ginger & Lime - HOMES Collab - Last May we were in Denmark with our friends Nick and Tommy from HOMES, attending the Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen. While on a long bus ride out in the countryside, and decided to spend the time devising our next collaboration. We came up with the idea to make two separate rum punch beers with 5 fruits each, and to draft our favorite fruits from a list of potential options. We both started with mixed culture golden sours aged in rum barrels. We then carefully added our drafted fruits: blackberry, guava, pear, lime, and ginger, with the goal of achieving a balanced display of all elements of this beer. $12/375ml bottle - Limits TBD - Brewery Exclusive
Peach Genetic Drift - Open Fermented Wild Saison w/ Peach - This beer is at the heart of what our company does. Genetic Drift is an award winning open fermented saison that incorporates wild cultures from the air to influence the flavor profile in ways that can never be replicated. This blend was brewed with 100% Michigan grown ingredients, and was aged in stainless steel. Solar Sail - Kveik Seltzer w/ Rhubarb & Hibiscus - Following Mitch's Celiac Disease diagnosis we were looking to make more gluten free alternatives at the brewery. So, we teamed up with Bootleg Biology to grow their OSLO strain of kveik on sorghum to ferment this truly gluten free seltzer made with MI beet sugar, whole Canadian rhubarb, and hibiscus. As always, our beverages are can conditioned, meaning this was canned flat and carbonated in the can with another dose of MI beet sugar, just like our beer. $12/4 pack of 16oz cans - Limits TBD - Brewery Exclusive
Starwisp - Kveik Seltzer w/ Raspberry & Orange Zest - This seltzer kicks it up a few more notches. Fermented with 1lb/gallon whole Serbian raspberries and a few pounds of orange zest for an added hint of sweetness.
