Nordic Hot Dog Night is a collaboration with our good friends at The Sovengard. They will be at the taproom serving Nordic style hot dogs from 6pm-9pm on March 21st.  Inspired by the hot dogs you will find at a Pølsevogn, which translates to Sausage Wagon in Danish, these hot dogs are a wonderful spin on the American classic; locally made buns, traditional Nordic garnishes, and weiners made to Sovengard specifications from local pasture raised meats by E.A. Brady's butcher. We look forward to a night of sour beer, hot dogs, and a little hygge! Hot Dogs will be $6 dollars, with accoutrements included in the price.
