Bottle reservations open Saturday, December 7th at noon, and close Friday December 13th at 12pm.
Pickup hours:
Friday, December 13th: 4-10pm
Saturday, December 14th: 12-10pm
Sunday, December 15th: 12-6pm
Simply stop by the tasting room any time during those hours, and we will have a bottle pickup station by the barn door. As always, bring your ID and if someone is proxying for you send them with a copy of your ID.

Gene Flow - Sour Wheat Ale w/ Cranberry, Hibiscus, Orange Zest, Cinnamon, & Salt - 5.2% abv - This is our 3rd blend of our one and only holiday beer, which was originally a collaboration with homebrewer (and cultured club member) Ric Brown. It might sound like an odd combination, but it really hits the spot during the holidays... and pairs exceptionally well with holiday food. - $8/16oz can - Limit 12

Phytologia - Barrel Aged Dark Sour w/ Coffee, Cascara & Vanilla - Cultivate collab - 7% abv - Once again we've teamed up with our good friends at Cultivate in Ypsi to craft an insanely creative beer. First we started with second use whiskey and tequila barrels, and then filled them with cark sour. Then we added coffee from Cultivate, cascara from Roast Umber, and a bunch of Madagascar vanilla beans... #pastrysour - $12/375ml bottle
Protoplasm - Oak Aged Sour w/ Blackberry, Boysenberry & Vanilla - 8% abv - For this insane fruit pastry sour, we teamed up with Ashley at Holiday Market. The only requirements he gave us: "It has to stain everything it touches and pucker you up". Mission accomplished. We dumped more fruit puree and fruit concentrate into this small batch than any other beer we've ever made, and you can tell. Molecular Self Assembly - Sour Wheat Ale w/ Pineapple & Raspberry - 5% abv - Our friends at the direct beer shipping company Tavour have been asking us for more beer, but the problem is that we literally don't have any extra. So we just agreed to make them a batch of their own! This is a proper sour wheat ale, brimming with bright raspberry & pineapple. - $8/16oz can - Limit 4 - Due to distribution rights, Tavour will not be selling this beer in MI, but it will sell in all other states that they distribute.
NATIVE SPECIES WINERY - BLiS Barrel Aged Frontenac - Dry Red Wine Aged in a Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrel - 14.5% abv - Yes, we are complete maniacs and blasphemers, especially in the eyes of wine people. Luckily we exist in a weird world between beer and wine, and we like it here. Massive plum, cherry, maple, and whiskey notes - $40/bottle - Limit 2
