Some folks on untappd think we should "stick to sours" so we decided to listen to their unsolicited advice for a month!
Bottle reservations start Saturday, 8/5 at noon, and go until noon on Friday, 8/11.

1. Rhubarb & Vanilla Incipient - We aged our golden sour in stainless and added 300 lbs of Rhubarb and 35 Mexican vanilla beans! What results is an alluring blend of juicy and tart rhubarb with a nice sweet/smoky kick of vanilla. $22/bottle. Limits will be determined after Cultured Club sales end. (Cultured club is closed for 2017. We will announce details about the 2018 membership soon.)
2. Gene Flow (Cranberry & Hibiscus Gose) - This was brewed in collaboration with homebrewer Ric Brown. We started with his gold medal winning spiced holiday gose and slightly modified it to make a deliciously quaffable summer beer. The grist contains 2 row, wheat, and oats. Orange peel was used in the boil, and then we fermented in neutral oak. After fermentation we added a load of cranberry concentrate, a few pounds of hibiscus, and a touch of salt. We absolutely love this beer... enough to enter it into GABF this fall! This is a brewery only release and will not get distribution. $18/bottle. Limits will be determined after Cultured Club sales end.
3. Tequila Barrel Aged Incipient (w/ Blood Orange, Pink Guava, Limes, and Salt) - We aged our golden sour base in Tequila barrels for a month, and added fruit. We just went crazy with this one, going for a cross between a sour beer, a margarita, and a tropical fruit smoothie. $22/bottle. Limits will be determined after Cultured Club sales end.
Each ticket represents 1 bottle of beer, so please make sure to order the correct amount of tickets! On pick up day you may pay for your bottle(s) with cash or credit card (we use square).
Pickup day is Saturday Auguest 12th, from 10 am - 4 pm. Cultured Club members may opt to wait until the next release (August 12th) to pick up.
Also, remember that proxies are allowed. We just need a copy of the purchaser's ID and the proxy's ID, as well as their order (digital copies are totally fine, try not to kill too many trees!) Also, since the full price of the bottle isn't paid for up front, it will be the proxy's responsibility to pay for the bottles at pickup.
